Mel’s Delivery stores delivery counts, freezer placement, names and notes entered for a delivery, saved records, and preferences on your device. The app does not require an account and does not automatically send this information to us or to a server.
The app does not include advertising, tracking, or analytics. We do not collect data from the app.
PDF, CSV, photo reports, and editable backups are created on your device. If you choose to share or save one, iOS sends it to the destination you select. That destination’s privacy practices then apply. The app does not share a report or backup without your action.
App data remains on your device until you remove it through the app or iOS. Your device backup settings may affect whether copies are included in a backup. Use the app’s editable backup before moving to another device.

For help with receiving, counts, reports, backups, or another app issue, email zach043004@gmail.com. Include the app version, your iPhone or iPad model, and a description of what happened. Do not send shop records or personal information unless you choose to.
If you email us, we receive only what you choose to include and use it to respond to your request. You can ask us to delete that correspondence.
